NUMI brings a fitted sheet and waterproof mattress protection together in one practical layer. Your child sleeps on soft organic cotton, while a hidden waterproof layer underneath helps shield the mattress from wees, spills and everyday accidents. There’s no need to add a separate traditional mattress protector beneath it, so making the bed is simpler and less bulky.

NUMI’s built-in waterproof layer is designed to help protect the mattress from common nighttime accidents and spills. The protection extends down the sides of the fitted sheet for extra coverage around the mattress, rather than sitting only beneath the sleeping surface. As with any bedding, fit the sheet correctly and follow the care instructions to maintain its performance.

Waterproof fitted sheets make nighttime toilet training and bedwetting easier to manage, helping keep the mattress protected while you deal with the laundry. Try NUMI’s two-sheet setup: layer two NUMI sheets before bed. If the top sheet gets wet, simply remove it and there’s already another clean waterproof sheet underneath. You'll thank us at 3am.

NUMI was created to remove the need for a separate fitted sheet and mattress protector. Waterproof protection is built into the sheet itself, making it a handy mattress protector alternative and one less layer to put on or take off.

They’re made to feel like beautiful everyday bedding, not a traditional plastic-feeling protector. The top is soft 300 thread count GOTS-certified organic cotton, paired with a breathable TPU waterproof layer beneath. The result is a comfortable, no-crinkle feel for little sleepers.

NUMI currently offers Cot and Single waterproof fitted sheets, including waterproof cot sheets and waterproof single bed sheets for growing kids. Check your mattress measurements against the Size Guide before ordering to help choose the right fit. Explore Cot Sheets and Single Bed Sheets.

Wash below 40°C. Line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low. Do not bleach, soak, dry clean or iron. Following these simple instructions helps care for the cotton and waterproof layer.

Rather than making the bed with a mattress protector and then adding a fitted sheet over the top, NUMI combines both functions in one layer. Fewer layers mean easier bed changes, with original hand-painted prints that make the practical choice feel special. It’s a fresh take on waterproof bed sheets for families looking for kids bedding in Australia.

Every NUMI print begins as original artwork created by founders Billie and Colby on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Their hand-painted designs bring a distinctive, considered feel to everyday bedding, made for little ones and the families who care for them.
