We want you to love your Numi pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@numi.au with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
