NUMI combines a fitted sheet and waterproof mattress protection in one practical layer. Your child sleeps on soft organic cotton, while a discreet waterproof layer underneath helps shield the mattress from wees, spills and everyday accidents. It means you don’t need to put a separate traditional mattress protector underneath—just make the bed with one fitted sheet.

NUMI’s waterproof layer is designed to help protect the mattress surface, and the protection extends down the sides of the fitted sheet for added coverage. As with any bedding, fit and mattress dimensions matter, so choose the right size and follow the care instructions to maintain the sheet’s performance. Our waterproof sheets are made for the everyday spills and accidents that come with family life, without promising protection against every situation.

Waterproof fitted sheets can make toilet training nights and bedwetting feel more manageable: the mattress has a protective layer, and you can change the bed without stripping off multiple layers. Try NUMI’s two-sheet setup—layer two NUMI sheets before bedtime. If the top sheet gets wet, remove it and there’s already a clean waterproof sheet underneath. You’ll thank us at 3am. It’s a simple routine that can make unexpected accidents less disruptive for everyone.

NUMI was created to remove the need for a separate fitted sheet and mattress protector. The waterproof protection is built into the sheet, so it works as a mattress protector alternative while still giving your child a soft, comfortable surface to sleep on. Check your mattress size and sheet fit before ordering for the best coverage.

They’re designed to feel like beautiful everyday bedding, not a plastic-feeling protector. The top is soft 300 thread count GOTS-certified organic cotton, paired with a breathable TPU waterproof layer beneath. The construction is made for a no-crinkle feel, so your little one can settle comfortably while the mattress has a helpful layer of protection.

NUMI currently offers Cot and Single waterproof fitted sheets, for little ones moving from cot to a bigger bed. Before ordering, measure your mattress and compare it with the Size Guide to make sure you choose the right fit. Browse Cot Sheets or Single Bed Sheets to find the right size for your child’s bed.

Wash below 40°C, then line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low. Do not bleach, soak, dry clean or iron. Following these simple care instructions helps keep your sheets comfortable and looking their best.

Yes. NUMI waterproof pillowcases are designed to help protect pillows from dribbles, spills, sweat and nighttime mess while still looking and feeling like normal bedding. They’re a practical option for little sleepers and can be paired with toddler bedding or your child’s favourite sheet. Explore waterproof pillowcases.

It’s a two-in-one design. Instead of making the bed with a mattress protector and then adding another fitted sheet over the top, NUMI combines both functions in a single layer. Fewer layers make bed changes simpler, especially after a spill or accident, and the original hand-painted prints bring a little extra character to everyday bedding.

Every NUMI print begins as original artwork created by founders Billie and Colby on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Those hand-painted designs are made to bring colour, imagination and a personal touch to the everyday family bed. It’s one way NUMI makes practical kids bedding in Australia feel considered as well as useful.
