When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. If you need your order urgently, send us an email and we’ll always do our best to help.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of bedding products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
However, if your sheet arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will happily replace it. We always want to make sure you receive a product that meets our standards.
Who created Numi?
Numi was created by two mums who wanted a practical solution that still felt beautiful in their homes. What started as an idea at the kitchen table eventually turned into the sheets we use on our own children's beds every day.
How do I wash my Numi sheets?
Numi sheets are made to handle real life.
• Machine wash cold or warm
• Wash with similar colours
• Tumble dry low or line dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
Full care instructions are included with your sheet.
Do the sheets feel plasticky or noisy?
Not at all. We designed Numi sheets to feel like normal soft cotton bedding, not a waterproof protector. They are quiet, breathable and comfortable.
What sizes do Numi sheets come in?
Currently Numi sheets come in standard cot and single sizes. More sizes will be coming in the future.
Are Numi sheets actually waterproof?
Yes. Numi sheets have a built-in Cotton Jersey TPU waterproof layer that protects the mattress from accidents, spills, and night-time surprises, while still remaining breathable and comfortable to sleep on - with ZERO crunch.
Why did we choose a TPU lining?
We chose TPU lining because it’s soft, flexible and fully waterproof — without the stiff, plasticky feel of traditional waterproof materials.
Importantly, TPU allows air to pass through while blocking liquids, which helps maintain breathability and is considered a safer option for sleep environments.
Are Numi sheets GOTS certified organic?
Our sheets are made using GOTS certified organic cotton, meaning the cotton itself meets strict environmental and ethical standards.
We chose these materials to ensure our sheets are safe, gentle, and responsibly made for little sleepers.
